lida the same as the drug Xenical

First of all, how does lida work? lida the same as the drug Xenical (available by prescription only), and works by blocking the absorption of fat by your body. So when you eat, your body takes in less fat, and (hopefully) an Alli user will lose weight.

So what are the side effects of Alli? The main side effect is a direct result of the way Alli works. When fat is blocked, it needs somewhere to go. This is where the details get a little bit icky...when fat has nowhere to go, it comes out in the user's stool. Meaning that if you're going to use Alli, it might be a good idea to stay close to a restroom.

How can you avoid this rather embarrassing original lida side effect? Well, think about it for a second. The sudden urge to hit the restroom only occurs when there is too much fat in your system that needs to be blocked. So the solution generally recommended is to consume less fat.
